Salesian College is the owner and manager of the entire sporting precinct, including the clubrooms, ovals, carparks and Lakeside Stadium.

In practice, there is a shared management and responsibility between the college and the two major clubs, namely the Rupertswood Football and Cricket clubs.

The clubs and college invest heavily in development and maintenance of the facilities, both in terms of dollars, and man hours.

Club representatives sit on management committees for the facilities.
