Our senior division teams held their presentations at the Terrace on Sunday 3rd October.

We congratulate all players that received individual honours, in particular our three B&Fs (pictured below).

From left to right : David Morrice (Reserves), Mitchell Wilson (Under 18 - West Medalist) & Garreth Phillips (Seniors - Quinn Medalist). For Garreth, it is his 2nd consecutive Quinn Medal, which is the first time we have had a back to back senior best and fairest winner.

In addition to winning the Reserves B&F, David Morrice was also presented with the Stephen Buckman memorial trophy - "Spirit of Rupertswood" award. This award has been struck to honour the memory of "Bucky", who passed away suddenly earlier this season. This award was introduced at the initiative of Steve's family in conjuction with the club. It wll be awarded every year to a player that the family and the club believe most demonstrates "Good sportsmanship, Honesty, Loyalty and Courage". Steve's jumper, (also pictured below), signed by his team mates, was presented to the family on Sunday.

In what was no doubt one of the most emotional times at our club, every person that was present will hopefully harness those feelings and use them to strive to achieve the qualities described above, that Steve possessed.
