In last Sunday's semi final against Sunbury Lions Joshua Govan unfortunately suffered some serious injuries, resulting in a ruptured spleen and blood clotting in his lungs.

Josh has been in the Royal Childrens Hosptital and it is expected that he will be there for the remainder of this week.

We hope Josh's recovery is swift and complete, and that he is back home as soon as possible.

On Saturday 31 July, over 230 members enjoyed a great night at the club's annual dinner dance at Luxor Reception Centre.

There was lots of dancing, talking, making new friends and of course some fund raising from our major raffle and various silent and audible auction items. A great time was had by all.
